Urban Farm Program Manager
The Program Manager for the Urban Farm at Matthew 25 is passionate about education, community building, and food access.
In addition to ensuring the farm delivers production for a CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture), farmers’ markets, and produce for the Corner Store, and Groundswell Cafe, the Program Manager acts as a coach and mentor for school groups and summer camps, helps to host community building events, and collaborates with our Education Program Leader for our high school job training and leadership development program. Salary Range: $35,000 – $50,000 per year.

Visual Marketing Coordinator
Do you love graphic design, photography and videography? Are you interested in using your
skills to help others and better our community?
We’re looking to add a Visual Marketing Coordinator to our team to help tell our story and market our programs. This person will be responsible for creating and executing visual and digital aspects of marketing materials, website, and other media. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create compelling visuals that align with our brand identity.
Salary Range: $35,000 – $48,000 per year.

Corner Store Part-time Meat, Fish and Poultry Butcher
We’re looking for a part-time butcher to help support our meat program in our Cultivate Hope Corner Store. If you have fantastic knife skills, experience in meat cutting and have up to 10 hours a week to spare to help support the work of Matthew 25, then we want to talk to you. You could be a part of something really meaningful, giving back to the community and you’d be joining a small but mighty and super fun team of like minded people! If this sounds like something you think you might have time to fit into your week, please apply! Hours are flexible and we will work with the right candidate to make this work for both you and us.
Hourly Rate: $14 per hour
