Development Leader
Matthew 25 is seeking a dynamic Development Leader to inspire donor engagement and fuel transformative community impact. In this relationship-driven role, you’ll cultivate supporters, lead sponsorship initiatives, create meaningful donor experiences, champion innovative fundraising strategies, and act as an ambassador for Matthew 25 in the community. Hours per week: Average of 40
Salary range: $48,000 to $52,000, commensurate with experience.

Development Coordinator
Matthew 25 is seeking a detail-driven, service-oriented Development Coordinator to help power the fundraising efforts that strengthen local neighborhoods. If you excel at data management, organization, and thoughtful donor support, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. Key responsibilities include gift processing, donor acknowledgement, creation of reports, data analysis, and maintenance of donor records and the donor database. Join a collaborative, values-driven team where your skills help ensure meaningful donor stewardship and create lasting change in the community.
Hours per week: Average of 30
Hourly wage: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Matthew 25 Office Manager

Cultivate Hope Summer Internships:
Education and Urban Farm
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in your community? Apply for our summer internships and gain hands-on experience in youth education and urban farming, working with a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to food security, food justice, and empowering local communities. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, engage with diverse youth, and help create sustainable solutions for food access. Whether you’re interested in education, social justice, or environmental sustainability, this internship will equip you with valuable skills and the chance to contribute to meaningful change in the lives of others.

Corner Store Team Member
Matthew 25’s Cultivate Hope Corner Store is a vital resource to the community it serves in Cedar Rapids. As a small grocery store on the NW side, we provide a friendly place where the community can shop for fresh produce and grocery at reasonable prices. We are looking for a team member who will help us provide great customer service to our shoppers. The ideal candidate is someone who will bring some previous retail experience, cash handling and excellent people and team working skills for the benefit of the store.
Hourly Rate: $12-$15 per hour depending on experience
