Kids get to play with their food at Cultivate Hope Food Camps!
Every summer, we host camps at the Cultivate Hope Urban Farm, where kids get hands-on experience learning how produce is grown and how it turns into the meals and snacks they eat every day.
Have your children join our tailored Cultivate Hope Food Camps for young adventurers! Campers will delve into the basics, from learning the parts of a plant to different types of vegetables. They will also have hands-on experiences using produce from the farm to make and taste healthy snacks.

2026 Food Camps
Urban Farm-to-Table
June 16, 2026
8:30 am – 3:30 pm
Spend the day digging in, getting curious, and tasting the harvest at the Cultivate Hope Urban Farm. Kids will explore how food grows from the ground up as they explore, and harvest crops on our farm.
Through hands-on activities and games, campers will learn about sustainable farming, seasonal ingredients, and where their food really comes from. The day wraps up with the ultimate farm-to-table experience: transforming fresh-picked ingredients into homemade pizzas baked in our outdoor pizza oven. From soil to slice, it’s a fun-filled day of learning, teamwork, and tasty rewards your kids won’t forget!
This food camp is for those 9-13 years old and is limited to 10 students.

Urban Farm Art Adventure

Unleash your child’s creativity at our Urban Farm Art Camp for 7-10 year olds! This exciting program combines the beauty of nature with the joy of artistic expression. Campers will explore a variety of food and environmental-themed art projects, from painting landscapes to crafting nature-inspired sculptures.
Kids will immerse themselves in their environment while learning new techniques and building their confidence in art. Friday at the Farm
June 19, 2026
8:30 am – 12:00 pm
Spend your Friday at the Farm, learning about growing and making your own food! We will harvest fruits and veggies for snacks all while learning about the plants we grow along the way. There will be time for some fun farm themed crafts and games, as well. There’s lots to learn and explore on the farm. We hope you join us!
