Courtney Ball Named Interim Executive Director

As co-founder and current Community Building Director, Courtney brings knowledge and experience to the role

Dear Matthew 25 Community,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I’m pleased to announce that Courtney Ball will be stepping into the role of Interim Executive Director at Matthew 25, effective July 28, 2025.

As co-founder and former Co-Executive Director, Courtney brings a deep commitment to our mission and a long-standing presence that fosters trust and continuity across the entire organization. Throughout his years of service, he has built strong relationships with our team, our partners, and the broader community.

The Board conducted a thorough process that included both internal and external candidates, and we are enthusiastic to have Courtney step into this role with the full support of Matthew 25 leadership. Courtney’s up-to-date knowledge of our operations — combined with his experience leading Matthew 25 from its earliest days — makes him the best choice to ensure a smooth and stable transition.
