Why is Clint stepping down?

He has felt a calling to explore other avenues of impact and believes it is the right time to take the next step in his service journey. The Board fully supports his decision and is grateful for his many contributions to Matthew 25.

Is his departure related to any issues or concerns within Matthew 25?

No. This is an amicable transition. Clint is leaving on good terms, and we are thankful for his leadership. His timing is reflective of Matthew 25’s solid standing. He remains a strong supporter of our mission and the team.

How will the new Executive Director be chosen?

The Board will conduct a thoughtful and inclusive search process. We are committed to finding a leader who shares our values and vision for the future.

Who will be leading Matthew 25 in the meantime?

The Matthew 25 Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Courtney Ball will be stepping into the role of Interim Executive Director at Matthew 25, effective July 28, 2025.

As co-founder and former Co-Executive Director, Courtney brings a deep commitment to our mission and a long-standing presence that fosters trust and continuity across the entire organization.

Will this affect Matthew 25’s funding or community partnerships?

No. Our mission, programs, and partnerships remain strong. Matthew 25 is built on a solid foundation with broad community support. This leadership change does not alter our work or our impact.
