For Dani, great hospitality is personal. “It’s about making a connection with our customers and getting to know them,” she says.
That’s exactly the kind of atmosphere she wants to create at Groundswell, a place where everyone who walks through the door feels welcome and safe. Her goal is for the Cafe to feel like a home away from home, whether you stop in every week or are visiting for the very first time.
Dani also loves to cook and admits desserts are a particular favorite. Whatever she’s doing, she likes to add a little of her own flair.
Outside of Groundswell, family comes first. Dani loves spending time with her large extended family and her dogs.
