Coe-Paul House Reveal: A Home Restored, A Community Gathered
An evening of gratitude, history, and hope as the Coe-Paul House begins its next chapter.

We were honored to welcome so many members of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, community leaders, local historians, neighbors, and friends to celebrate the reveal of the Coe-Paul House on March 26, 2026.
In just 10 months, this long-vacant home was transformed. It was brought back to life through the dedication of the construction team, community partners and supporters. Seeing so many people walk through the space, take in the details, and reflect on its history made the moment even more meaningful.
Throughout the evening, we heard appreciation for the craftsmanship and care that went into the restoration. Guests noted the preserved original cabinets, windows, doors, and floors – features that connect the home
to its past. Many were especially drawn to the upstairs front porch, a space that once again offers a view of the neighborhood and a sense of connection to the life around it.
We are grateful for the thoughtful words shared during the program and for the blessing offered by Rev. Jonathan Heifner from St. Paul’s UMC, marking this home’s new chapter with hope and purpose.
This project represents more than a restoration. It reflects our commitment to preserving historic homes while creating quality, affordable housing in our community. What was once at risk of being lost will now serve as a place of stability and opportunity.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this milestone. Your presence made the evening truly special.
Now, we look ahead with excitement as we prepare to welcome families who will soon make this house a home.
