2025 Transform Volunteer Registration is Open!
Join us for Transform Week, a community event dedicated to revitalizing homes in the Taylor and Time Check neighborhoods of Cedar Rapids.
Matthew 25 will host its 10th Annual Transform Week, June 23-27, 2025. Registration is open now through June 6.
Transform Week takes place in the Taylor and Time Check neighborhoods of Cedar Rapids, helping homeowners get their homes to a more safe and livable condition. This year, we will continue helping where the community needs us. Getting people back on their feet and building healthy, thriving communities is a large task, but we are confident we can meet the challenge and grow our efforts.
Everyone who joins us during Transform is a valuable part of this initiative! No special skills or experience is necessary. Some of the projects we will be tackling include:
- Yard cleanup
- Fence/Deck repair
- Painting projects
- Door or window replacement
- New gutters and downspouts
- Accessibility improvements
- New high efficiency water heater
- And more!
Thanks to amazing volunteers like you, we are able to continue our commitment to quality affordable housing and strong neighborhood building. Together, we will work to enhance the safety and livability of homeowners’ residences, fostering a stronger, more vibrant community.
