Enjoy our open, modern event spaces in the Kingston Village neighborhood just west of Downtown Cedar Rapids.

Groundswell has three event spaces at 201 3rd AVE SW to select from, depending on the size and duration of your event, and all of the furniture is easily adjusted to meet your needs. We also rent out space at Cultivate Hope Urban Farm (437 G Ave NW) and Cultivate Hope Corner Store (604 Ellis Blvd NW).

Available Rental Spaces

Kingston Community Room

Capacity: 100 seated at tables
125-seated auditorium style with a stage
Tables and chairs to accommodate the capacity are included in the rental fee.
Available times : Monday – Saturday, 7am – 11pm
Fees: $150 per hour
Amenities are available for additional fees:
• Projector
• Sound system with speakers and microphone
• Table linens
• Podium
• Portable Stage
