Host your next event at Groundswell!

Enjoy our open, modern event spaces in the Kingston Village neighborhood just west of Downtown Cedar Rapids.

Groundswell has three event spaces at 201 3rd AVE SW to select from, depending on the size and duration of your event, and all of the furniture is easily adjusted to meet your needs. We also rent out space at the Cultivate Hope Urban Farm (437 G Ave NW) and Cultivate Hope Corner Store (604 Ellis Blvd NW).

Capacity: 100 seated; 125 seated auditorium style
Monday – Saturday, 7am – 11pm
Fees: M-Th $60/hr; F-Sa $75/hr

For even larger gatherings, our sliding barn doors may be opened to accommodate both the Main Event Space and the Cafe. Please contact us if you want to learn more about this option.
