At our Farm Stand, we provide fresh, locally-grown produce from the Cultivate Hope Urban Farm, grown without pesticides or herbicides in the heart of Cedar Rapids. Farm Stand Markets are held from 4-7 pm every Thursday from May 22 – October 2 at the Cultivate Hope Urban Farm, 437 G Ave. NW.
