Matthew 25 Names Courtney Ball as Executive Director
Matthew 25 welcomes co-founder Courtney Ball to the role.

The Matthew 25 Board of Directors is pleased to share that Courtney Ball has been selected as the Executive Director of Matthew 25.
Board President Ryan Anderson shared, “Courtney rose to the top of over 70 candidates that applied for the position from across the country. The board members are confident and unanimous about his dependable leadership abilities and are excited to support him as he continues to lead Matthew 25 into the future.”
This announcement comes after a thorough search process throughout the summer and fall. The Board carefully reviewed applicants with diverse experiences and perspectives, ensuring that this important leadership transition was approached with the thoughtfulness and diligence it deserved. While Courtney has been serving as Interim Executive Director since July, the Board wanted to confirm that the best long-term leader was chosen to carry Matthew 25 forward.
Courtney is no stranger to Matthew 25. As co-founder of the organization, he has played a pivotal role in shaping its mission of revitalizing neighborhoods, cultivating hope, and building community. Over the years, he has championed Matthew 25’s work across housing, food, education, and community-building initiatives. In his time as Interim Executive Director, Courtney has provided steady guidance and vision, helping lead the organization through important projects and transitions.
