The Iowa PBS show Iowa Life recently featured Matthew 25’s efforts to increase access to healthy food in Cedar Rapids. They spotlighted Groundswell Cafe and Cultivate Hope Corner Store, talking to staff and customers about our unique pay-it-forward appoach and the impact it has in the community.
Iowa Life began last fall to uncover the diverse tapestry of Iowa’s people, cultures and stories. Through their compelling interviews, scenic visuals, and authentic storytelling, each episode explores the extraordinary lives of individuals who call Iowa home. We feel privileged that they selected our programs to feature in this outstanding show.
